H1N1 Vaccine Now Available
We are now offering the H1N1 vaccine to all established patients. Please call our office for more information.
There is no cost for the vaccine but there is a $15 fee to administer the vaccine which can be billed to you or your insurance. For more information on the vaccine, click here. If you have questions about if you qualify for the shot, please contact us at 303 990-0950.
PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT 303 990 0950 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO RECEIVE THIS IMMUNIZATION if you fall into one of the categories above. We do have a limited quantity so call as soon as you can. If we run out, we will help you identify other public health clinics in the area and when they will be dispensing the vaccine.
We are reserving our H1N1 vaccine for established clinic patients only. If you have a family member that needs the vaccine who is not an established patient and you are interested in transferring their care to our office, please contact the front desk for more information.
